Can you sue your own family member for molesting you? I don't have a lawyer but I heard you can get free ones.?

So Ive finally had it with my family. I always do so much for them and they are so full of it and bitches. They are so selfish and my grandpa who Im living with watches child and he is a pervert. Im so annoyed with my family. I wasn't going to turn him in but I know I want to now. I want to get the heck out of here. I don't care about my family anymore. Only maybe a little bit for my dad. My brother is only 8 and I can already tell he is going to be a selfish jerk when he is older. Well anyways today is christmas and Im just so sick of my family treating me like ****. Im going to bring some shame to this game and darken their hearts when they find out what my grandpa is. He seems so nice and sweet on the outside, but when your not around grandma he is...Ugh. Anyways MY QUESTION is whether or not I can sue him for molesting me as a child even if I didn't have evidence. I know he use to scratch my back but I remember once he went a little past my back and was kinda going down to my but. Also I live with them so can I get a lawyer for free? I know they have something like that... Would I be able to sue them without evidence, maybe disturbance of daily routine? Or something like that since I would have to move out. And don't give me answers like you shouldn't tell on him. Ive made up my mind. This **** is coming down.
