Is this world Chaos or Cosmos ?

I think it is Cosmos. We many a times feel that things happening around us are chaotic but the almighty , creator of this world has specific objective behind every single event happening. Our knowledge , Intelligence , ability to understand and comprehend events falls short to understand these objectives. But that does not mean world is chaos. I certainly think world is Cosmos. What is your opinion ?
