How do you explain to your 11/2 yr. old son why his daddy is never around?

that's a rough situaltion. you just got to keep talking and telling him that sometime this is what happens, and just let him know that you both love him very much. it gets harder but then it will be ok. just remember you have great kids and thats what matters
