What is the best unique tip for low cost advertising of Personal Chef Services?

Housewife Cuisine Personal Chef services is a unique home-business I started with my cookbook and cooking show but now I want to add cooking services and with the debt I incurred from launching the webseries Housewife Cuisine I can't afford literally to pay for advertising locally for the personal chef services. Besides dropping off cup cakes and muffins locally what else can I do to stand out from the rest? I also bought magnetic signs for my car that cost $75 for two signs 12x 14. I just need about 5 clients to be fully booked. Any suggestions????
