Two Old Computer Games?

For gits and shiggles, I need some help remembering the titles of two old computer games. These games came with the computer we bought, a Packard Bell back around '93 or '94. The first game was a hospital sceniro game, where you had to go into the body, like inside veins, the heart, brain and such, and complete tasks to cure the people who came into the hospital. The second was a futuristic car racing game. I remember really odd looking cities and roller coaster-like tracks. The other thing that might give it away was the in game commentator/boss guy, an older thin man who could be pretty mean spirited if you lost. He kind of looked like Christoper Lloyd.
