If an engine has 295 ft. lbs. of torque and u remove the smog control system how much more power will I gain?

I have an Iroc_z motor rated at 295 ft. lbs. of torque without the smog control system and I would like to know how much more torque I would have along with a flowmaster muffler and a K&N air filter.
