Legal Question in regards to President Obama?

In the event through the active court case Keyes vs. Obama, if it is found that Barack Hussain Obama is ineligible for the office of U.S. President due to the determination of the nature of his citizenship and therefore was ineligible for the candidacy which would effect the eligibility of the candidacy of Joe Biden as Vice President, who is to ume these two offices in the Executive Branch? The third in line for Presidency would be our present Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and she would be ineligible due to the fact that it was her responsibility in verifying the eligibility of the DNC’s nominations for the two positions in the first place! So my umption is that RNC’s nominee’s would ume thier respective offices by default?
