Severe constipation 10 weeks pregnant?

This is going to sound completely disgusting but im 10 weeks pregnant and i cant poop. I really have to use the bathroom and i feel like its comming out but the poop is too big. (completely mortified) Its way too big to come out and its extremely painful there is no way its comming out on it's own because ive been trying for 3 days. Is there any medicine thats okay to take right now please help its very very painful.
