What do you do if a neighbor lies on you to the police, they take your children away and the State of Californ

My neighbor according to other neighbors is having with many members of the Anaheim police department while they are on duty at her home. THis woman also uses her ual power to get the police to har the neighbors by making false reports. Recently she lied on me, and had my children taken away. Now the State of California at 341 The City Drive in Orange California refuse to give them back, keep giving me false hope and lie on me to everyone involved in the case. I can't find an attorney alive to help me. Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone else had a malicious person call the child protection hotline on them and lied to get revenge by having your children taken away?
