You know the gangs and don't snitch. You will have protection at no cost. When there was a gun fight on my street they protected my place. Trust me screw up in deep hood your dead. Mind your own business your safe. And, the person shot in cold blood must have screwed up really badly. You got to know the turf and who is who by listening and keeping mouth shut.
