World resources ????

Many easily recoverable resources have been exhausted and it takes new technology to get oil deeper or out of rock layers that are not as porous. Many metals are being mined at the parts per million level so it takes big quarries to make mining possible. Add to that the increased need by an expanding populations and the easily found resources will be gone. At some point restricted areas will be tapped like national parks and rain forests so that people can survive.
