Eating problem?

This is only my opinion but I think, because you're skinny, you need to eat anything your body craves. If you go to the Doctor every 6 months and he/she tells you you are healthy, what you're eating is not affecting you adversly... I'm a female who weighs in at 189 lbs and 1 scoop of ice cream will put on a lb. I would kill for your metabolism. You didn't tell us your age. If you're a teen, you're normal and you'll gain in your 20's( probably). If you're middle age, they will tell you it's better to have an extra 10 lbs in case you get sick, it will be ok to lose that much and not get weak or even sicker. So, get your checkups on a regular basis and I think you'll be fine. GL
