How to lose fat from your lower stomach?

Lay on your back with your legs straight up in the air. Make a person stand over your head with his/her feet on each side of your head, it should be comfortable holding your hands around his/her ankles. He/she pushes your legs towards the ground. It is important to try to keep your legs straight and fight the pushing as this gives best results.
