I miss some payments for my Chase Credit Card due to financial difficulties and now Chase is threatening me?

with lawsuit if I don't pay them the total amount. The total balance is around $4000 and I don't have that kind of money. They are giving me 15 days. What's going to happen? Are they going to take me to court for real? That will cause them money also with lawyer fees and others, right? are they bluffing?
