College schools!!!!!!!!?

i'm looking for a college that has bacholer of physical education and occupational theray along with that a school that has a football team..i dont care what state its in or how much the price is...nor do i care if the school is d1,2 or 3..also i'm looking for a school that isnt to hard to get into i had a 2.6 coming out of high school so i'm not trying to go to yale or harverd...but i would just like to know what school has all 3...physical education occupationl therapy and a football team..thanks for your help in advance.
