Is my 360 game broken?

I was playing Modern Warfare 2 with my friend and he got tempered and violently shook my 360. The game shut off and everytime i tried getting back on it said the disc was unreadable i clean it numerous times and my other games our working, is there anything i can do? plz help!!!!
