What does this ignment mean?

I'm not familiar with either 2 of those cases. My suggestion would be learn and identify the cases between these parties. That is, what was the case between Brown and the Board of Education, and what was the case between Plessy and Ferguson. Once you've come to their conclusions, see how the two different cases differ or are the same in the goals and/or accomplishments. Judging from the the ignment question, the Brown vs. Board of Education had to affect the other case in some way - find how it did that. Good luck!
