What are the words to "The Stars That Spangled In The Banner" By Poet Allyson Horton?

A lady named, I believe, Allyson Horton, wrote a poem called "The Stars That Spangled In The Banner". She read the poem on "Showtime At The Apollo" around 1999 I think. I can't find the words to it anywhere. If someone could post the words or a video clip or both I would appreciate it. I might have the poets name wrong I'm pretty sure that's how it is spelled though.
